Daddy's Birthday

We started off Daddy's birthday by baking him his favorite cake.  Noah helped me make him hot fudge cake.  Then we celebrated Daddy's birthday by going to his favorite restaurant for dinner, Carrabba's.  After that we came home to give him his presents and help him open them, and of course enjoy the hot fudge cake.  All the kiddos even got a chance to help blow out the birthday candles.

My Birthday

I celebrated my birthday a day earlier this year.  Actually come to think of it I did that last year too because Arron wanted to go to a concert on my birthday last year, and this year he had to work late on my birthday so we celebrated early.  It worked out great though because my aunt and uncle were in town and would be leaving on my birthday so they got to be there too to celebrate my birthday.  We had a yummy dinner at California Dreaming and then went back to our house for presents and cake.  I got candles, a book, a new blender, a pizza stone, and new accessories for the bathroom so I can change the look in there.  It was a great birthday, and I was so glad to have extra family here to join us for it.

Gracie's Birthday Party

I had a little birthday party for Gracie at my friend Jacqueline's house so the kids could run around outside and play since it was a beautiful sunny day. They played on the swingset, on the trampoline, and in the sandbox. Then we had lunch, opened presents, and had birthday cupcakes. She had a fun little party with friends.

Birthday Videos

Here's the videos Arron made for Noah and Gracie's birthdays.

Gracie's 3

As soon as we finished up Noah's birthday it was time to get started on Gracie's for the next day. She wanted to help make her birthday cake that evening, so she poured all the ingredients in and started the mixer for me. The next day on her birthday we went with our friend Lexi to the Children's Museum and had a good time playing there all morning. That evening we had a Strawberry Shortcake birthday for her, and she got lots of fun presents. We almost forgot to give her her big birthday present because it was too big to wrap and was sitting out in the garage. It was her very own sandbox. She loves playing in the sand. I think she had a great 3rd birthday.

The Big 1-0

We celebrated Noah's 10th birthday. He's into the double digits now. I can't believe how fast he's growing up. It doesn't seem possible that he's that old already. He chose a transformers theme for his birthday this year. We had his favorite, pizza, for dinner, then he opened his presents afterward. He got some games, some books, some legos, some clothes, and a powerwing scooter. He loved all his gifts especially the scooter which was something I picked out that I thought he would like so he had no idea he was getting that. As soon as Daddy finished putting it together he had to go right outside to try it out. Once we got him back inside we all had some cake, and his sisters helped him blow out his candles.
