Disney Part 3

On our last day of our trip to Disney we spent the whole day at Magic Kingdom. The day did not start off too great though. On the way out of the hotel to go catch the bus to Magic Kingdom Noah was running with Anna, and he made her fall on the sidewalk by accident. She landed face first, and we were surprised she did not break a tooth. She did however end up with a bloody lip. We had to sit on the benches outside the hotel for a while and try to get it to stop bleeding. Then when we finally got on the bus and made it to Magic Kingdom our first stop was the first aid center. Poor little Anna did not seem herself the rest of the day after that. I know her lip was really bothering her. It kept bleeding off and on throughout the day and swelled up so big too. We did have a good day though going on lots of rides, and seeing some shows, and then watching the Spectro Magic Parade at the end of the night. We were so exhausted by the end of the day we could barely make it back to the hotel. Anna fell asleep in Daddy's arms as we were walking out of the park to catch the bus, and Noah and Grace fell asleep on the bus on the way back to the hotel. We had such a great time at Disney and wished it could've lasted longer. Now we can't wait to go back. Too bad it's so expensive to go though. It will probably be a while before we get back there again, but it was fun while it lasted.

Disney Part 2

On day 2 of our Disney trip we headed to Animal Kingdom. It was the coldest day of our visit to Orlando, so we had to bundle up in whatever we had to keep warm. We woke to temps in the 40s that morning, not at all what we expected. In fact I almost didn't pack any pants for any of us, but luckily Arron decided to bring a pair of jeans, just in case, so at the last minute I threw some in for me and the kids too. The first thing we did at Animal Kingdom was head to the Lion King show. It was just about to start when we got there, and just outside the show one of the Disney cast members offered us some VIP seats that she needed to fill because no one showed up for them. She showed us to front row seats, and we all enjoyed the show especially Noah. He got picked to be in it twice. The first time was to show everyone in our section of the audience how to roar like a lion. He did a great job at that. Then at the end of the show they picked him to walk around the arena with a few other kids with these noise makers that they shook while the people in the show were singing. They tried to get Anna to do it too, but she didn't want to. Noah accepted the invitation eagerly though. After that we headed to lunch, and then to the safari ride. We got to see lots of animals on our bumpy ride through the savannah. Then we went on a little train ride over to another part of the park where we met Pocahontas, Rafiki, and Jiminy Cricket and got our picture taken with them. We also got to pet some of the animals they have there. When we were done there we had to hurry back on the train so we didn't miss the parade, Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade. We got there just in time. It was about time for the park to close by the time the parade was over so we went on one more ride, the Tricera Top Spin, and played a carnival game where the kids both won a stuffed toy, and then headed to Hollywood Studios for a little while. We ate dinner there and rode the Toy Story ride which we all loved. It was Noah's favorite ride of our whole visit. I don't really have any pictures of us at Hollywood Studios though because we didn't get to do much there. We were all tired out so we only went on the one ride. Then we went back to our hotel room to rest up for Magic Kingdom the next day.
