Skating

We went to Fun Warehouse one day to go on the bouncy houses, but we also decided to let Noah and Anna give skating a try for the first time.  It was difficult for both of them, but Noah was starting to get the hang of it a little bit with the help of the skate trainer.  Anna tried for quite awhile, but never did get the hang of it.  She gave it her best shot though.

Putt Putt Fun

On Noah's last day of Spring Break Arron got home early from work, and we went up to Broadway to walk around and play putt putt.  It was another nice day, not too hot.  We fed the huge fish and the ducks from the putt putt hole on the boat.  The machine there didn't work right and kept spitting out fish food even though we didn't put any quarters in it, so they got a lot to eat.  Every single one of us got a hole in one, except Gracie, that day.  Gracie had fun running down to the hole, setting her ball down about a foot or less away from it, and hitting it in.  That was her strategy.  Afterwards we went down to the arcade on the beach and played some games before going home.  It was a nice, little day together as a family.

Zoo Day

During Noah's Spring Break Grammy took a day off from work, and we all went to the zoo.  It was a great day for it too.  It cooled off a little, so we actually needed light jackets that day, which was so much better than sweating the whole time you're there.  The kids had so much fun seeing all the animals, petting some of them, and feeding as many as they could.  We went through two big bags of food, and another half used bag that someone gave us because they were done and getting ready to leave.  After the zoo we stopped at Sonic for some lunch, then went outside to play on the swingset the rest of the afternoon.  It was such a great day.

The New Swingset

Our old swing set was given to us by our neighbors when they moved away.  It was kind of run down, way too big for our yard, and difficult for the girls to climb on.  So....we finally got a new one.  It's really cute.  I love it, and more importantly, so do the kids.
